2024 Craft Cocktail Challenge

This Arkansas-only competition is your chance to shine by creating cocktails that embody the essence of Origami Sake's rich tapestry.

Challenge yourself to create cocktails that redefine mixology norms.

Selected cocktails will earn cash prizes and a WSET Level 1 Course with accolades including a feature on the Origami Sake website and social media outlets thus providing exposure to your unique creations in the industry.

  • Mixologists are required to make 2 cocktails one with A Thousand Crand and one with White Lotus

  • Mixologists must live in the state of Arkansas

  • Must be employed as a food and beverage professional

  • 1 homemade or custom ingredient is allowed per cocktail
  • The cocktail must have at least 2 oz. of Origami Sake product

Remember:

  • Must be 21+
  • Live in Arkansas
  • Employed as food and beverage professional
  • Submit 2 cocktail recipes using each Origami Sake Product

Selection

Judges will review all applications; however, only 10 contestants will progress to the next stage.

 

Final

The cocktails from the 10 finalists will be crafted for a panel of judges off-site by a beverage professional. Each cocktail will be judged on a 100-point scale and the contestant with the highest score out of 200 points will be the winner. The winners will be announced at the American Craft Sake Fest on March 2nd from 5-10 PM.
